God called Mark and Claire to church leadership in Basildon in 2001. Their desire is to build a church that is full of love and the power of God, a place where people can discover Jesus and serve Him and the community in which they live.
Paul Edwards
LEADER
Paul felt a calling on his life from around 15 years old. After school he spent 2 years studying part-time at Christian Life College in London. He currently runs 2 businesses while helping to build the Church at Swan Mead, with particular responsibility for technology (PA, stage lights etc.), as well as preaching.
Grey Msonthi
LEADER
Grey, father of two and married to Angela, gave his life to God in 2009. He has since worked with various ministries here in the UK and in Malawi. As well as being part of the leadership, Grey is part of the media team and leads the men’s ministry that meets once every month.
